Welcome to Casa Creatives! We are James Cassell & Elan Sablich, two of some of the best up-and-coming photographers on the North Short and Boston area. We are highly passionate about photography, and specialize in weddings, real estate/interior, and lifestyle/family. Our goal is to create keepsakes and special moments, to find unique creative in all aspect, and have a blast doing it.

James Cassell

Born in sunny Southern California, James came to Massachusetts for college and hasn’t looked back. His first passion was photographing landscapes, but has transitioned into portraiture and weddings. James and his wife and daughter life in Georgetown and he enjoys a nice cup of local coffee and being a part time lumberjack.

Elan Sablich

Elan was born and raised in the Boston area, and lives with his wife, 3 cats, and 6 chickens in Haverhill. When he’s not behind the camera you can find him on his road bike, at a beer festival, or getting a full 8 hours of sleep. Some of his real estate work has been features in Boston Globe, Haverhill Chamber cover photos, and more.

WEDDING

  • Whether you’re looking for a unique boutique intimate style event or a 200+ person party - we’ll design a custom package just for you. Typical wedding coverage is 6 or 8 hours, but if you’re looking for something that fits your need better, let us know!

    All our packages are priced to include 2 photographers. This gives us the best possible coverage of your special day and the most images returned.

  • We know that photographers are likely one of the biggest expenses on your wedding day. We’ve been there ourselves! We take a limited number of clients each year so we can focus on your special day and all the pre/post work that goes into it.

    Typical wedding packages range from $3000-4000.

    This includes 2 photographers on your wedding day and 300-500 edited final images.

    We also offer video services if you’re interest. Contact us today for more info.

FAMILY / LIFESTYLE

  • Family, pregnancy announcement, senior photos, newborn photos. We do it all. Contact us today for more info!

    Most photo sessions are 1-2 hours, and we like to stick within an hour of the North Shore.

  • Pricing ranged from $150 - 300 for most sessions. Contact us to get specific pricing for your photoshoot.

REAL ESTATE / INTERIOR

  • Our Real Estate photography services are both convenient and affordable. Most homes within a 30 minute drive of the Merrimack Valley are priced at a flat rate of $150 for photos.
    We also offer Video (+$50), Floor Plans (+$50) or Virtually Staged Photos (+15/per photo)

    All our services are delivered in under 24 hours, with most photos being returned the same day.
